I’m Janna, a Registered Social Worker. I am passionate about supporting individuals on their path to recovery and resilience. My therapeutic approach is strength-based, empathetic, collaborative  and client-centered. I understand that everyone’s journey is unique, and I am here to provide support to meet your specific needs.

Sometimes our day to day activities may seem overwhelming  but with the right support, managing and overcoming these challenges is possible. Using therapeutic approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed approaches, and mindfulness techniques, I believe can strengthen the resilience within each person. Together, we will explore the root causes of your challenges, develop coping strategies, and work towards building a foundation for lasting change. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can share your experiences and feel empowered to take control of your life.
