Founder and Clinical Manager
(she/her)

Elisha Van Harte

I have been a mental health therapist for 20 years, occupying many front-line and managerial positions across a wide variety of inpatient and outpatient community mental health programs. I have worked with individuals struggling with suicide and self-harm, anxiety, depression, OCD and other mood related disorders from a Cognitive Behavioural and Dialectical Behavioural treatment lens.

Currently, I am passionate about working with individuals in learning mindfulness, meditation and self-compassion.  I am noticing an increasing trend of disconnection; people unable to observe or tolerate their own emotions, or are very busy judging and invalidating their emotional experiences contributing to maintaining a cycle of emotion dysregulation.  I am committed in helping others learn how to respond to themselves and their past/current emotional experiences from a mindful self-compassion lens, in a group or individual basis.
