Craig Oolup

I am a registered psychotherapist holding over 12 years of experience working with youth and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings.  I offer a creative and client-centered approach to counselling to help individuals develop and reach their own goals.

I have both training and experience in a variety of clinical approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and other Mindfulness-based approaches.  I apply a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive lens in all the work that I do.  I have supported individuals and families struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, relational conflicts, suicide, self-harm, and other mood related disorders.

My aim is to develop a meaningful relationship with you that will be the foundation to support exploring the challenging thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and relationships you experience.  It is my hope and privilege to collaboratively pursue changes that will help you to lead the meaningful life you deserve
